Frame Manufacturing QC
After each frame manufacturing process (injection, cutting, polishing), materials and dimensions are verified to meet specifications.
Component Assembly QC
Verification of correct assembly of hinges, screws, nose pads and other components.
Finishes and Treatments QC
Control of color application, lacquers, anti-scratch treatments and logos.
Lens Assembly QC
Verification of correct lens mounting in the frame.
Finished Product QC
Complete inspection of the final product. Visual and functional review of each unit.
Final Pre-Shipping QC
Last inspection before packaging and shipping. Random batch verification.

Discarded immediately with no possibility of repair
We do not ship products with major or critical defects. Repairable minor defects are corrected before shipping.
What is checked at each QC?
At each checkpoint, it is verified that the previous process was executed correctly. Dimensions, finishes, functionality and visual appearance are reviewed.
We know the process in depth
